After the technical renovation (e.g.
multimedia box in all units), many
details of the property are enhanced
visually and with a focus on target
groups (e.g. cool, elegant foyer).
The SILVER TOWER owes its name
to the new facade design in brilliant
black / silver accentuated with
magenta. The relatively unappealing
bathrooms located on the inside
were given an individual look via
one of four optionally available sets
of fixtures and fittings.

A special service offered was greeted
with enthusiasm: a concierge is
available 7 hours per day to attend
to each tenant's personal wishes.
